Is it real leather?
Yes. Full-grain calf throughout, with a suede underside on the platter.
Will the colour change?
Yes. It deepens and takes on a patina with use.
Can I add initials?
Yes, up to three, blind-debossed by hand for £15.
When will my order arrive?
UK delivery £6, complimentary from £150; 1–2 working days after dispatch. EU delivery duties paid: about €15 (charged £13), complimentary from about €250 (£215); 3–6 working days after dispatch. No delivery outside the UK and EU yet. Dispatch within 2–3 working days, monogrammed within 5 working days.
Can I return my piece?
Returns within 30 days, unused. Return postage is paid by the customer unless faulty. Monogrammed pieces are not returnable unless faulty.
